Victoria previously served as Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Cabo Verde and Republic of Guinea Bissau.
Victoria joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1997. She has previously been posted to Rangoon and Jerusalem.
