RISE — Belgrade Women's Conference stands for Rights, Inclusion, Sustainability & Empowerment, and is organised by the Government of Serbia. What follows is the conference's own account of the initiative, and the published record of RISE 2026, its second edition.

Leadership that inspires change does not seek dominance but nurtures responsibility, solidarity, and inclusiveness.
The goal is to build a society where women no longer face the choice between career and family, but can be both professionally fulfilled and personally free. Together We Rise.

The Belgrade Women’s Conference – RISE returns for its second edition, bringing together political leaders, international organizations, business, civil society and young leaders from around the world.
